Work Outline: Do all of functions in HR field
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
-To be as coordinator and facilities in recruitment process.
-To maintain and record document that related in recruitment.
Data Management :
-To check time attendance data, leave and overtime data, including summary monthly/yearly report and prepare documents which related with payroll.
-Record welfare payment list in excel.
-Summary Yearly Annual Leave
Compensation:
-To calculate attendance data, overtime data in payroll system.
-Printing Pay Slip
-To process annual full attendance and reimburse of annual leave
-To submit Monthly Tax Report to Revenue Department
-Process for Social Security card, process for new employee, termination and any changing information and submit document to Social Security Office.
Welfare:
- To record welfare requisition data in excel and summary data monthly & yearly report.
- Monitor and support overall of welfare operation. Describe Welfare condition and able to solve minor problem.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related field
2-5 years of working experience in administration.
Experience 2 years up in Payroll Process and Recruitment Process.
Computer literacy especially in MS. Office (Especially Excel)
Good command of both written and spoken English.(TOEIC scores 550 up)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good command of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level (TOEIC 550 scores up)
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Near Suvarnabhumi airport
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) (Saturday 8 days per year)
