Work Outline: Sales Activities to the customers and business development


Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and e-mail in Japanese
Visit potential customer to prospect for new business by own car own drive (Chonburi, Ayutthaya and Korat)
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations
Contact and obtain more suppliers including the new items
Contact the customers in case of quality problem. Attend the supplier's meeting


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years’ experience in Sales (Electronice part/Trading)
Be able to communicate in Japanese (face-to-face/telephohe/E-mail)
Interpersonal Skill/Service Mind
Be able to visit clients in Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Korat by own car own drive
Understand trading process / Import&Export 






Languages skills 
English: Advanced conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced conversational Level (JLPT N3)




Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
