<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
- Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Using REVIT software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records with equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
- Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 2 years of working experiences as Draftsman in Low-rise / High-rise / Building Construction work (Civil work)
- Experiences in 3D drafting
- Program: REVIT (1st priority), AutoCAD or Sketchup
- Be able to work at site construction (mainly in Pattanakarn area)
- Detailed-oriented
- Be able to work on Saturday (depends on site construction)
- Basic command of reading in English (to use in documents)

Workplace Area: BRT Wat Dok Mai, Bangkok
Working Hour 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (SAT: Yes, depends on site construction))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจำเพาะของอาคารรหัสและไซต์
- การสร้างภาพวาดทางเทคนิคจากภาพร่างและข้อกำหนดของสถาปนิก
- การใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ REVIT เพื่อสร้างภาพวาดที่รวมการวัดการคำนวณรหัสอาคารและรายละเอียดการก่อสร้างอื่น ๆ ที่แน่นอน
- จัดเตรียมภาพวาดแผนภูมิและบันทึกด้วยอุปกรณ์และเทคนิคการร่างแบบทั่วไป
- เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ก่อสร้างเพื่อทำการวัดและคำนวณขนาดตามต้องการ
- ร่วมมือกับสถาปนิกและวิศวกรก่อสร้างเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของอาคารและกฎระเบียบของอุตสาหกรรม
- ติดตามการพัฒนาและเทคโนโลยีล่าสุดในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 24-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Draftsman ในงาน Low-rise / High-rise / Building (งานโยธา)
- ประสบการณ์ในการร่าง 3 มิติ
- โปรแกรม: REVIT (ลำดับความสำคัญอันดับ 1), AutoCAD หรือ Sketchup
- สามารถทำงานก่อสร้างได้ (ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในย่านพัฒนาการ)
- เน้นรายละเอียด
- สามารถทำงานได้ในวันเสาร์ (ขึ้นอยู่กับการก่อสร้างสถานที่)
- คำสั่งพื้นฐานในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อใช้ในเอกสาร)
