Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for payroll and compensation
• Manage Social security and provident fund
• Maintain and conduct company regulation
• Manage employee competency appraisal and performance evaluation system
• Coordinate with government to correct information of law revisions about HR and GA
• Management of subordinates
• Other tasks might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-37 years
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years experiences as HR and GA in Manufacturing or trading company (Automotive Business is preferable)
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• At least 1 year experience as management
• Someone who can take high pressure and well- disciplined and mature personality

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:20-17:30(Mon-Fri and 4 Sat working per year)

•รับผิดชอบการจ่ายเงินเดือนและค่าตอบแทน
•จัดการประกันสังคมและกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
•รักษาและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของ บริษัท
•จัดการระบบการประเมินความสามารถของพนักงานและการประเมินผลงาน
•ประสานงานกับรัฐบาลเพื่อแก้ไขข้อมูลการแก้ไขกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับ HR และ GA
•การบริหารจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 32-37 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง HR และ GA ในบริษัทการผลิตหรือการค้า (ธุรกิจยานยนต์จะดีมาก)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
•คนที่สามารถรับความกดดันสูงและบุคลิกภาพที่ดีมีวินัยและเป็นผู้ใหญ่
