<Job Responsibilities>
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
- Design, distribute and measure the result of candidate experience surveys.
- Working to establish recruitment strategy and find out solution if any issue/concern in short-long term.
- Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare the recruitment dashboards, present dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommences changes and improvements.
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions, introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible.
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
- Any tasks that be assigned by superior or/and company.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 29-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or Social Science.
- Experience between 7 to 17 years in Human Resource work role such as recruitment activities, candidate interview, etc.
- Had experience working with job hunter companies, agencies, universities internship outline.
- Had experience searching for candidate with executive, professional and technical expertise is preferred.
- Had experience recruiting for positions in IT industry preferred.
- Had experience in a full life cycle of international recruitment structure.
- Good command of English communication.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Had experience working in Japanese or international company is very welcome. (optional)
- Japanese or other 3rd language skill is very welcome. (optional)
- Multitask skill, interpersonal skill are preferred.
- Initiative and proactive personality are preferred.

- จัดหาและติดต่อผู้สมัครที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมสำหรับบทบาทที่เปิดอยู่ในปัจจุบัน
- ทำหน้าที่ระหว่างผู้สมัครและผู้จัดการการจ้างงาน
- ประสานงานกระบวนการจ้างงานแบบ end-to-end
- ออกแบบแจกจ่ายและวัดผลจากแบบสำรวจประสบการณ์ของผู้สมัคร
- ทำงานเพื่อกำหนดกลยุทธ์การสรรหาบุคลากรและหาแนวทางแก้ไขหากมีปัญหา / ข้อกังวลใด ๆ ในระยะสั้น - ระยะยาว
- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการสรรหาจัดเตรียมแดชบอร์ดการสรรหาแดชบอร์ดนำเสนอแนะนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการสรรหาและดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของ บริษัท จัดหางานต้นทุนต่อการจ้างเวลาในการจ้างและแนะนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการปรับปรุง
- ติดตามรายชื่อ บริษัท จัดหางานและข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขแนะนำข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่เป็นมาตรฐานสำหรับผู้จัดหางานหากเป็นไปได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 29-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์บริหารธุรกิจหรือสังคมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ระหว่าง 7 ถึง 17 ปีในงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลเช่นกิจกรรมการรับสมัครการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัคร ฯลฯ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับ บริษัท หางานเอเจนซี่โครงร่างการฝึกงานของมหาวิทยาลัย
- มีประสบการณ์ในการค้นหาผู้สมัครที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญระดับผู้บริหารมืออาชีพและเทคนิคเป็นที่ต้องการ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาตำแหน่งในอุตสาหกรรมไอทีที่ต้องการ
- มีประสบการณ์ในวงจรชีวิตของโครงสร้างการจัดหางานระหว่างประเทศ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่นหรือ บริษัท ต่างประเทศยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง (ไม่จำเป็น)
- ยินดีรับทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือภาษาที่ 3 อื่น ๆ (ไม่จำเป็น)
- ต้องการทักษะการทำงานหลายอย่างและทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล
