Work Outline: Manage sales team and do sale for security system (Do BD and take care existing client)


Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development
Go to visit customer in Bangkok or any other region (Go by your own car)
Take care of client’s satisfaction for products and service of the company
Be sales person to achieve sales target 
Target planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis
Visit clients for business development and maintain the relationship with current clients as well
Ensure that all sales staff activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company
Assist Sales JP Manager as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 35-45 years old
Bachelor degree in any field
5 - 8 years’ experience as sales field
Have experience and knowledge in in Security system
Ability of advanced business level English
Familiar with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Power Point )
Good communication skill and management skill
Own car and driving license




Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational Level




Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon-Fri)
