Work outline: Set strategic marketing plans and sales plan to drive team to meet company target


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support business units in the design, development and growth of insurance products
 Plan and manage direct marketing initiatives
 Manage data mining, segmentation and analysis
 manage production of marketing materials
 Liaise with design agencies and material vendors
 Supervise operational support for marketing campaigns and enquiries
 Conduct market research for insurance products
 Contact with Japanese and Thai clients by company car and company’s driver (once a week)
 Visit clients with Japanese MD by company car


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, female only, age 26-32 years old 
 Bachelor’s degree in insurance or any related field
 Fresh graduated are welcome
 General Insurance knowledge are required
 Knowledge of insurance industry and products 
 Good written and spoken communication skills 
 Energetic, commitment and desire to succeed in a busy working environment
 Professional to present a product in English by Powerpoint
 Interested in Marine Insurance
 Willing to learn new thing / Service-minded and team work


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Experience in non-life insurance or Marine


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)


About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB including all Allowance
