Work outline: Responsible for general administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpreting between Japanese and Thai staffs within company
Supporting/Hearing clients’ needs via e-mail
Be responsible for visa work permit for Japanese staff
Make hotel & travel arrangement; buy air ticket, booking rental car, etc.
All correspondence related to office administration issues; pricing negotiation, office rental contract, office repair, quotation, products tracking, dealing with forwarder, and etc.
Other assigned tasks
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Have at least 1 year of working experience related to Visa work permit
Good command of Japanese and English
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have experienced in Import-export
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
