Work details
This position will be responsible for creating and implementing ICPA’s People strategy including people recruiting, training and support strategy for all staff.
This position you will be responsible for:
Recruiting:
Define, write and publish detailed job descriptions as needed
Define, create and maintain ICPA’s recruitment requirements in the digital space
Sourcing candidates independently using LinkedIn and ICPA database
Publish and manage Job posting / advertisement
Initial screening of new candidates
Manage Interview processes from start to finish
Training and Development:
Update and add to Training Program including manual, scripts, training videos, tests, check sheets.
Update and add to employee onboarding process / orientation session for new employees
Update and enhance existing program for existing employees to enhance existing skills
Design new ICPA culture programs for employee motivation/teambuilding
Develop and maintain employee reward/award programs
Manage work rules/employment contracts / labor law reporting and representation
Document employment agreements/ employee warnings / and dismissals
Evaluate training effectiveness / Receive feedback from employees about effectiveness of training methods
Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
Culture:
Maintain and enhance ICPA’s culture through messaging, programs, awards
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years’ experience in human resources
* Literacy in both Japanese and English
* Excellent organization skills
* Very good intercompany reporting skills
* BA/BS
* PC competency in MS products
* ability to work independently and communicate with managers and staff
