Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the organization according to HR duties
Design and set up HR system
Manage and process HR & Administrative works
Managing rules, regulations, and company’s policies
Manpower management
Employee relations
Training and development
Labor Union and labor law
Employee info system
Processing and preparing payroll, visa and work permit (Whole Process)
Recruitment; supporting job posting process, evaluate job positions and job descriptions, draw up contract of employment, and giving notification of new joiners and workforce monthly report
Preparing and processing payroll, reviewing time sheet accuracy and tracking any special payroll deduction
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female , age 28-33 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of working experience in HR & Admin field
experience in general HR and administrative scope
Excellent English Skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
Knowledgeable in; immigrant issue, visa, re-entry visa, work permit, 90 days notification, documents for expats, social security fund, up-to-date company affidavit, and personal income tax
Ability to deal with government-related documentations
Proficient in Thai Labor laws, labor union and employee relation
Ability to do a full scale payroll (tiger soft program)
Open-minded with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Active personality who would blend in well with startup company culture
Preferable Skill / Experience
Japanese or Chinese skill is a plus
Languages skills
English: Business Level (TOEIC 800)
Japanese: Conversational level (preferable)
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asok / (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
