<Job Responsibilities>
• To prepare the business proposal and assist the distributor’s sales team to grow traditional trade business.
• To visit customers and coach distributor’s, sales staff to improve their sales talk and visibility improvement skills from the point of sales and marketing.
• To analyze sales data, find out the positive and/or negative points, set solution ideas and implement it, in order to solve the problem and/or expand the success cases.
• To set and implement promotion and activities communicating with marketing team, obtain its result and analyze it to consider the further improvement plan. Also get the expense claim reports from the distributor and check the contents.
• To visit the tradition trade customers and improve the product visibility by setting POP, display, space rental etc.
• Prepare and conduct the product training to the traditional trade customers, assisting the distributor’s sales team
• To Have business trip to up country areas (Max 10days per month)
• Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 32-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the field of OTC or FMCG business.
- *Experience of Healthcare Product sales is preferred
- Conversational high level of English
- Able to work independently with timely and point-clear report to the manager.
- Flexible to travel to Up Country markets frequently as part of the normal job responsibilities. (Maximum 10 days per month).
- Able to communicate with the other person logically and softly.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel such as Pivot, formula setting, etc.
- Able to analyze POS data (Sales off take).
- Able to Co work with other team members by prioritizing on Teamwork.
- Able to prepare Business Proposal Presentation and convey the key points clearly to the customers.
- Flexible person for new jobs
- With the sense of Teamwork.
- Speedy work

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Stable Career (reason for changing job is reasonable)

• เพื่อเตรียมข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจและช่วยเหลือทีมขายของผู้จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อขยายธุรกิจการค้าแบบดั้งเดิม
• เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าและโค้ชผู้จัดจำหน่าย พนักงานขายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดและการปรับปรุงการมองเห็นการขายของพวกเขาจากจุดขายและการตลาด
• เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย หาจุดบวกและ/หรือลบ กำหนดแนวคิดในการแก้ปัญหาและนำไปใช้ เพื่อแก้ปัญหาและ/หรือขยายกรณีความสำเร็จ
• กำหนดและดำเนินการส่งเสริมและกิจกรรมการสื่อสารกับทีมการตลาด ให้ได้ผลลัพธ์และวิเคราะห์เพื่อพิจารณาแผนการปรับปรุงต่อไป รับรายงานการเรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายและตรวจสอบเนื้อหา
• เพื่อเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าการค้าแบบดั้งเดิมและปรับปรุงการมองเห็นผลิตภัณฑ์โดยการตั้งค่า POP, การแสดงผล, การเช่าพื้นที่ ฯลฯ
• เตรียมและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าการค้าแบบดั้งเดิมโดยช่วยทีมขายของผู้จัดจำหน่าย
• มีทริปธุรกิจไปต่างจังหวัด (สูงสุด 10 วันต่อเดือน)
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 32-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการขายและการตลาดมากกว่า 5 ปีในด้านธุรกิจ OTC หรือ FMCG
- *มีประสบการณ์การขายผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลสุขภาพจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระพร้อมรายงานตรงเวลาและตรงประเด็นต่อผู้จัดการ
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการเดินทางไปยังตลาดทางต่างจังหวัดได้บ่อยครั้ง ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความรับผิดชอบงานตามปกติ (สูงสุด 10 วันต่อเดือน).
- สามารถสื่อสารกับบุคคลอื่นอย่างมีเหตุผลและนุ่มนวล
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ เช่น Pivot การตั้งค่าสูตร เป็นต้น
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล POS ได้ (Sales off take)
