Work details
• Telephone operator.
• Control document sent to Bangkok and overseas.
• Monthly report of admin tasks Ex. telephone, gasoline, water supply, electricity, scrap.
• Make payment voucher.
• Guest reception, control meeting room, canteen, maid, gardener, uniform, stationary.
• Other tasks as assigned
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Saturday working average once in a month))
Salary: 20,000–35,000THB
• Age 23-30 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 1 year as GA, HR, Admin, JP Interpreter in any manufacturing industry
• Conversational middle level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N5 up)
• Conversation low- middle level of English (Daily conversation, email, report)
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
