<Job Responsibilities>
- Carry out detailed analysis of the RFQ (Request for Quotation)
- Design and preparation of proposals for Flow Metering Systems as per technical/ commercial and contractual customer requirements.
- Prepare bill of material and quotation of relevant system solutions by communicating with the sales in the APAC region.
- Sizing and selection of instrumentation and system components.
- Reviewing tenders/customer specification and preparing compliance table.
- Preparation of preliminary drawings/system architectures.
- Sourcing for 3rd party items in the region, required to form complete solution offering including preparation of RFQ
- Ensure preliminary project execution plan is in place
- Consolidate pricing for 3d parties and Endress+Hauser instruments
- Technical clarifications
- Cooperate with the sales team and the project engineer in order to create a proposal that includes engineering scope, system architecture, process flow, value proposition and quotation.
- Provides technical support to in-country sales teams on solution strategies that will help win engineered liquid and gas hydrocarbon flow metering opportunities.
- Assist the sales to develop value-added propositions and proposal writing.
- Checking and verifying conversion of project proposal to customers’ sales order with the sales/execution.
- Negotiate with third party suppliers on price /lead time as per the project requirements
- Participates in a smooth handover of awarded opportunities to execution team and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in site surveys to identify installation locations and estimate site work
- Estimate engineering, service man hours for project execution

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Controls/process engineering)
- At least 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry/Flow Metering
- Good English (Internal&External use, documentation)
- Driving license (willing to visit clients outside as required)
- MS-office, basic AutoCAD, Vision
- Basic understanding of risk management/ analysis
- Enthusiasm, proactive and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task with great time management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experienced of SAP
