<Job Responsibilities>
- To meet the customers in order to get their requirement
- To plan and design the system suitable with the customer’s requirement
- To find the suppliers who can provide the system, negotiate price with the supplier and estimate the cost in order to submit the quotation to the customer
- To make the project plan and schedule
- To follow up the supplier’s progress and control the project until the project handover to the customer within the time frame based on the contract.
- To hand over the project to the customer
- Other duties as assigned

**1 Year Contract (Consider renewal year by year based on the current situation and maybe considered as the permanent employee in future.)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Tele Communication, Information Technology or related field
- Can drive and have own car
1st priority: have strong knowledge of "Microsoft azure" "amazon aws"(Cloud service)
2nd : Experience in IoT engineer , project Management in Real Estate / construction / Manufacturing
- Have an experiences of handling Project management in multiple office buildings or airport or shopping mall
- Participate in project commissioning and testing.
- Have related work experience over 5 years (at least 2 projects of implementation ,and installation)
- Have related work experience of Building management system (BMS)
- Can read and comprehend blueprints, line diagrams and specifications

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วางแผนและออกแบบระบบให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ค้นหาซัพพลายเออร์ที่สามารถจัดหาระบบเจรจาราคากับซัพพลายเออร์และประเมินต้นทุนเพื่อส่งใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำแผนโครงการและกำหนดเวลา
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของซัพพลายเออร์และควบคุมโครงการจนกว่าจะส่งมอบโครงการให้กับลูกค้าภายในระยะเวลาตามสัญญา
- เพื่อส่งมอบโครงการให้กับลูกค้า
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

** สัญญา 1 ปี (พิจารณาต่ออายุปีต่อปีตามสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันและอาจพิจารณาเป็นพนักงานประจำในอนาคต)

- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- วิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิตสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์การสื่อสารทางไกลเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถขับรถและมีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองได้
ลำดับความสำคัญที่ 1: มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับ "Microsoft azure" "amazon aws" (บริการคลาวด์)
อันดับที่ 2: มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกร IoT, การจัดการโครงการในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ / การก่อสร้าง / การผลิต
--มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการโครงการในอาคารสำนักงานหลายแห่งหรือสนามบินหรือห้างสรรพสินค้า
--เข้าร่วมในการว่าจ้างและทดสอบโครงการ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องมากกว่า 5 ปี (อย่างน้อย 2 โครงการของการดำเนินงานและการติดตั้ง)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริหารจัดการอาคาร (BMS)
- สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจพิมพ์เขียวไดอะแกรมเส้นและข้อกำหนด
