<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor, check and control of a quality of newly developed product at outsourced production sites.
- Creation and submission of documents for a new product to each customer’s standards or requirement (Including RoHS/REACH).
- Verification of a document created by an outsourced production sites is also required.
- Manage production schedule over communication with outsourced production sites to meet a target date of each customer.
- Preparation of a customer’s system/manufacturing audit and leading the audits. Follow up tasks pointed out by a customer is also required.
- Correspondence to claims by a customer including documentations.
- Other activities related to a sales engineering function in general.
- Business trip in Thailand, Southeast Asia and Europe area to handle quality issue or construct new project.
- *Domestic: 1-2 times in a month, Oversea: 1 time in a year
- In case of trouble, support customers
- Any irregular tasks assigned by a Senior Sales Engineer.

- *Total working days in a year is followed by Japanese working days.
Ex) In case Japan HQ has 240 working days, Thai company also has 240 working days but it is followed by Thai calendar.

- *In case there is inquiry or trouble from customer in Europe, you may need to response on none working time or holiday due to time gap. (Have OT)

<Necessary Skills / Experiences >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial Engineering
- Over 3 years’ Experience of sales engineer, Quality management or production management at any industry
- Conversational High level of English (EX: TOEIC over 700)
- Be able to go to business trip in Thailand, southeast Asia, and Europe area
- Personality: Proactive, Self-learner, Flexible
- Able to understand drawings of product
- Not job hopper

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience of working as engineer, production management, purchasing or QA at resin molding industry or company related to valve (air conditioner or water heater)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบ ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่ ณ สถานที่ผลิตที่จ้างภายนอก
- การสร้างและการส่งเอกสารสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ตามมาตรฐานหรือข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าแต่ละราย (รวมถึง RoHS/REACH)
- ต้องมีการตรวจสอบเอกสารที่สร้างโดยแหล่งผลิตภายนอกด้วย
- จัดการกำหนดการผลิตผ่านการสื่อสารกับสถานที่ผลิตภายนอกเพื่อให้ตรงตามวันที่เป้าหมายของลูกค้าแต่ละราย
- จัดทำระบบลูกค้า/ตรวจสอบการผลิตและเป็นผู้นำการตรวจสอบ งานติดตามที่ลูกค้าระบุก็เป็นสิ่งจำเป็นเช่นกัน
- การตอบสนองต่อข้อเรียกร้องจากลูกค้ารวมถึงเอกสารต่างๆ
- กิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิศวกรรมการขายโดยทั่วไป
- เดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในประเทศไทย เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และยุโรป เพื่อจัดการกับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพหรือสร้างโครงการใหม่
- *ในประเทศ: 1-2 ครั้งในหนึ่งเดือน, ต่างประเทศ: 1 ครั้งในหนึ่งปี
- กรณีมีปัญหา สนับสนุนลูกค้า
- งานที่ไม่ประจำใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรฝ่ายขายอาวุโส

- *วันทำงานทั้งหมดในหนึ่งปีตามด้วยวันทำงานของญี่ปุ่น

- *ในกรณีที่มีคำถามหรือปัญหาจากลูกค้าในยุโรป คุณอาจต้องตอบกลับช่วงเวลาที่ไม่ได้ทำงานหรือวันหยุดเนื่องจากช่องว่างของเวลา (มีโอที)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรืออุตสาหการ
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในด้านวิศวกรขาย การจัดการคุณภาพ หรือการจัดการการผลิตในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ทักษะสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เช่น TOEIC เกิน 700)
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในประเทศไทย เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และยุโรปได้
- บุคลิกภาพ: เชิงรุก เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ยืดหยุ่น
- สามารถเข้าใจแบบ Drawing ของสินค้าได้
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นวิศวกร บริหารการผลิต จัดซื้อ หรือ QA ในอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์เรซิน หรือบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวาล์ว (เครื่องปรับอากาศหรือเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น)
