Work Outline: Responsible for HR job for 15 employees in all aspects; welfare, time attendance record, staff appraisal, payroll, tax calculation, social security, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Helping recruitment process
Expatriates assistance, visa and work permit application and renewal.
Maintain and update staffs’ manual.
Assisting in filing License, Renewal, Application and contact with FDA and OCPB.
Responsible for Monthly HR and Administrators report to Head quarter
Remain and update all important document and agreement.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, other branche, lawyer, government sector and related person.
Hotel and Air ticket reservation.
Purchase Order.
Monitor and arrange for maintenance of the office, office supply, and stationery inventory.
Assisting in AD-HOC matters upon request.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 28-45 years old
Bachelor or higher degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Psychology, Political Science or any other related fields.
At least 3 years’ experience in multi-functions of HR and Admin
Be the Multi-tasking, excellent interpersonal, and fast learning person.
Business English skill is required
Knowledge of labor law.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Japanese will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Business Level (TOEIC 700 and above)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asoke/(MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 9.00 am to 18:00 pm
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 THB
