Accounting and Finance Leader - Manager
(30K – 60K) (SDG-75034)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform full spectrum of accounting and financial functions.
• Establish proper procedures for cash management and credit control
• Responsible for Weekly and monthly closing, Credit control, Royalty, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, Financial statement, and Management reports.
• Prepare cash flow reports, and also finalize financial statements
• Analyse financial statements and coordinate with the accounting team.
• Responsible for drafting budget for the company.
• Control Cash flow, identify the possible and better source of funds.
• Make report for cost accounting to provide proper financial advice to each department. (To Japanese HQ also)
• Other task will be assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Female only
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years in Accounting and financials in any manufacturing industry
• The conversational middle level of English or conversational Japanese level. (For report Japanese MD and Japanese HQ)
• People with good communication skills in English or Japanese (People who can report, communicate, and consult before problems occur.)
• Can understand and prepare financial statements.
• Can understand BOI
• Have CPD license
• Be able to plan financial forecasts in the short, medium, and long term.
• Have experience in import and export tasks is preferable.
• Conversational Japanese level is preferable.
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Accounting and Financial Assistant Manager or higher is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri , Depends on business calendar (Only Fifth Saturday working))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ทำหน้าที่ด้านบัญชีและการเงินอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
• กำหนดขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดการเงินสดและการควบคุมสินเชื่อ
• รับผิดชอบการปิดบัญชีรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน การควบคุมสินเชื่อ ค่าภาคหลวง ภาษี การกระทบยอดธนาคาร งบการเงิน และรายงานการจัดการ
• จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดและสรุปงบการเงิน
• วิเคราะห์งบการเงินและประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี
• รับผิดชอบร่างงบประมาณของบริษัท
• ควบคุมกระแสเงินสด ระบุแหล่งเงินทุนที่เป็นไปได้และดีกว่า
• ทำรายงานการบัญชีต้นทุนเพื่อให้คำแนะนำทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมแก่แต่ละแผนก (ถึงกองบัญชาการญี่ปุ่นด้วย)
• งานอื่นๆ จะได้รับมอบหมาย


ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-45 ปี
• ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านบัญชีและการเงินในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่น ระดับการสนทนา(สำหรับรายงาน MD ของญี่ปุ่น และ HQ ของญี่ปุ่น)
• ผู้ที่มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีในภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่น (ผู้ที่สามารถรายงาน สื่อสาร และปรึกษาได้ก่อนเกิดปัญหา)
• สามารถเข้าใจและจัดทำงบการเงินได้
• เข้าใจ BOI
• มีใบอนุญาต CPD
• สามารถวางแผนการพยากรณ์ทางการเงินในระยะสั้น ระยะกลาง และระยะยาวได้
• มีประสบการณ์งานนำเข้าและส่งออกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สนทนาระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน หรือสูงกว่า
