<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of overall accounting tasks and responsible for BOI operations in terms of accounting

- Monitor and handle full scope of Accounting, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, Inventory, Fixed Asset, Tax, and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Control accurate record for all daily transactions.
- Prepare month-end, year-end closing process
- Issue invoice, tax invoice and billing to customer
- Prepare all applications of BOI privileges related to accounting
- Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting
- Overall accounting task experience for more than 8 years in trading company or manufacturing company
- Experience of BOI operation in terms of accounting (ITC etc)
- Good command of English (for internal communication)
- Computer skill in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High communication skill
- Can work long term

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have CPD
- Working experience in Japanese trading company
- Using experience of FESTA(ERP)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีโดยรวมและรับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานของ BOI ในแง่ของการบัญชี

- ตรวจสอบและจัดการแบบเต็มขอบเขตของการบัญชี, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, Inventory, สินทรัพย์ถาวร, ภาษี และรายงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ควบคุมบันทึกที่ถูกต้องสำหรับธุรกรรมรายวันทั้งหมด
- จัดทำกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน สิ้นปี
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี และการเรียกเก็บเงินให้กับลูกค้า
- เตรียมการขอสิทธิพิเศษ BOI ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบัญชีทั้งหมด
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 40 ปี
- บัญชีบัณฑิต
- ประสบการณ์งานบัญชีโดยรวมมากกว่า 8 ปีในบริษัทการค้าหรือบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์การดำเนินงาน BOI ด้านบัญชี (ITC เป็นต้น)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน)
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารสูง
- สามารถทำงานระยะยาวได้
