Work Outline: To handle administration task, facilitate training class, and other secretarial duties to chairman and Japanese expatriates such as visa and work permit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support some general office duties such as mail box and answering phones. Perform secretarial jobs to Chairman and Japanese expatriates.
Handle administrative issues related to apply visa, passport, work permit or documents for Japanese expatriates and family.
Coordinate driver’s assignment, control office vehicles usage, toll fee, gasoline consumption and review driver’s salary and OT.
Manage advance money and pretty cash.
Facilitate and support in-house and outside training events and meeting.
Prepare training records and summary training result internal and external.
Prepare and facilitate core course training for Japanese expatriates, follow up and keep records.
Perform reimbursement of oversea travelling for Japanese expatriates.
Check reimbursement of oversea travelling and airplane ticket reservation.
Hotel reservation for visitors and customers in Thailand.
Provide travel insurance for Thai business travelers
Always keep a scanned updated version foreigner’s passport; work permit and keep update the expiration all insurance for foreigner, vehicle registration plates, and others
Provide translation or interpretation support to Japanese executives.
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 24-27 years old
Bachelor or higher Degree in Human Resources, Arts or related field
1-3 years working in GA &HR Function with Japanese expatriate
Familiar working with Japanese and well understanding of Japanese culture
Work Permit and Visa for expatriates , Effective Secretarial works experience would be an advantage
Microsoft Office Excel, word, power point, lotus notes
Good personality and interpersonal skills, Service Mind, strong communication skill and able to work under pressure and good team player.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 and above)
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year
