Work details
• Provide management advice on overall HR related issues mainly are payroll, Employee Relation, and direct recruitment.
• Review and update HR policy and procedure to ensure that the company practice complies with legal and local requirement
• Manage all HR function (including welfare and compensation)
• Coordinate with line manager regarding manpower request and timeline to support all section
• Motivate staff to achieve individual goal and provide resource for development
• Prepare the CSR of company
• Other work as assigned.
Workplace Area: Nong Irun, Ban Bueng, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Sat)
Salary: 45,000–55,000THB
• Age 32-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing with HR's role.
• At least 5 years’ management experience in manufacturing with HRM Asst.
• Proactive and strong influencing skill
• Ability to negotiate with fair decision making
• Have facilitation skill
• Ability to work under pressure to solve HR related issues
• Basic in English
• Able to commute by own car
