<Job Responsibilities>
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Handle all Import-Export documents
- Place order to supplier and follow up delivery
- Import materials from Japan or China for customer in Thailand and export materials from Thailand to JP HQ
- Review quality of purchased products
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Research potential suppliers and materials in Thailand according to JP HQ request and customer's request
- Some documentation tasks related to job
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years’ experience as Purchasing or import-export staff in any industry
- Conversational high level of English (need to coordinate with JP HQ and China)
- Strong knowledge of import and export

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Have connection with suppliers related to Electric wire materials

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขสัญญาของข้อตกลงและราคา
- จัดการเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออกทั้งหมด
- สั่งซื้อไปยังซัพพลายเออร์และติดตามการจัดส่ง
- นำเข้าวัสดุจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นหรือจีนสำหรับลูกค้าในประเทศไทยและส่งออกวัสดุจากประเทศไทยไปยัง JP HQ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้าที่ซื้อ
- ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
- ทำการค้นคว้าซัพพลายเออร์และวัสดุที่มีศักยภาพในประเทศไทยตามคำขอของ JP HQ และคำขอของลูกค้า
- งานเอกสารบางอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่งงาน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อหรือนำเข้า-ส่งออก อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูง (ต้องประสานงานกับ JP HQ และ China)
- มีความรู้ด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออกเป็นอย่างดี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีการเชื่อมต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัสดุลวดไฟฟ้า
