<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage IT daily operations on IT infrastructure, application, data security and IT reports.
- Identify and acting to monitor, improve and update system, software, and application.
- Manage and respond to IT service request in timely manner and follow the work process to control and tracking IT service request within SLA.
- Analyze business requirements by coordinating with key users to develop solution and lead IT projects.
- Manage to determine timeline for key IT projects including system updates, upgrades, configuring and setting up, migrations and outages.
- Monitor and tracking project progress and follow-up project team to meet the target timeline.
- Coaching and guide team members to develop skills sets of IT Infrastructure, programming, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Anticipate potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions.
- Facilitate and support request from IT Management and Top Management to share the progress of IT operation tasks and projects.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 37-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information systems management.
- At least 8 years’ experience working in IT operations, program development.
- Management with subordinates
- Good command in English (to communicate internally with Japanese Manager)
- Leading and managing medium to large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures, application across various technologies
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Understand ITIL* Fundamental concept and apply to daily operation.
- *Information Technology Infrastructure Library

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวันของไอทีเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที แอปพลิเคชัน ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล และรายงานด้านไอที
- ระบุและดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ปรับปรุง และอัปเดตระบบ ซอฟต์แวร์ และแอปพลิเคชัน
- จัดการและตอบสนองต่อคำขอบริการไอทีในเวลาที่เหมาะสมและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงานเพื่อควบคุมและติดตามคำขอบริการไอทีภายใน SLA
- วิเคราะห์ข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจโดยประสานงานกับผู้ใช้หลักเพื่อพัฒนาโซลูชันและเป็นผู้นำโครงการด้านไอที
- จัดการเพื่อกำหนดไทม์ไลน์สำหรับโครงการไอทีที่สำคัญ รวมถึงการอัปเดตระบบ อัปเกรด การกำหนดค่าและการตั้งค่า การย้ายข้อมูลและการหยุดทำงาน
- ติดตามและติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการและติดตามทีมโครงการเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาเป้าหมาย
- การฝึกสอนและแนะนำสมาชิกในทีมเพื่อพัฒนาชุดทักษะของโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที การเขียนโปรแกรม การแก้ไขปัญหา และการแก้ปัญหา

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 37-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือการจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในการทำงานด้านไอที, การพัฒนาโปรแกรม
- การจัดการกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นภายใน)
- เป็นผู้นำและจัดการโครงการไอทีขนาดกลางถึงขนาดใหญ่และเปิดตัวโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที แอปพลิเคชันข้ามเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ
- มีความรู้ด้านการบริหาร การปรับประสิทธิภาพ และการตรวจสอบระบบ
- เข้าใจแนวคิดพื้นฐานของ ITIL* และนำไปใช้กับการดำเนินงานประจำวัน
- *ห้องสมุดโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
