<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
- Developing and implementing strategies especially for brand image to increase sales
- Translating brand elements into plans, execute action following the branding plan and make sure every hotel chain follow branding plan
- Following and monitoring market trends, initiate go-to-market strategies, presenting creative ideas, and researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Meet with stakeholders (Marketing agency) to determine brand objectives and strategies
- Define a pipeline for brand standards and on-site for completeness checks.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Having at least 3 years’ experience as Branding Manager, Brand marketing, Marketing related to real-estate industry (especially Hotel, Condominium)
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices for hotel or real estate industry
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A creative mindset
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken (Communicate with a foreign branding agency and client)
- Able to travel to outside Bangkok area (4-5/months) such as Ladprao 73(head quarter), Soi On Nut 35(MKT team), Pattaya

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วิเคราะห์ตำแหน่งแบรนด์และข้อมูลเชิงลึกของผู้บริโภค
- พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์เพื่อภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายโดยเฉพาะ
- แปลองค์ประกอบแบรนด์เป็นแผน, ดำเนินการตามแผนการสร้างแบรนด์ และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทุกเครือโรงแรมปฏิบัติตามแผนการสร้างแบรนด์
- ติดตามและติดตามแนวโน้มของตลาด เริ่มต้นกลยุทธ์การเข้าสู่ตลาด นำเสนอความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการวิจัยตลาดผู้บริโภคและกิจกรรมของคู่แข่ง
- พบกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (หน่วยงานการตลาด) เพื่อกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และกลยุทธ์ของแบรนด์
- กำหนดไปป์ไลน์สำหรับมาตรฐานแบรนด์และในสถานที่เพื่อตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Branding Manager, Brand Marketing, การตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (โดยเฉพาะโรงแรม, คอนโดมิเนียม)
- ทำความคุ้นเคยกับเทรนด์การตลาดล่าสุดและแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรมหรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ความสามารถในการดำเนินการวิจัยและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ทั้งพูดและเขียน (สื่อสารกับเอเจนซี่แบรนด์ต่างประเทศและลูกค้า)
- สามารถเดินทางไปนอกเขตกรุงเทพฯได้ ( 4-5 เดือน) เช่น ลาดพร้าว 73(สำนักงานใหญ่), ซอย อ่อนนุช 35(ทีมงาน MKT), พัทยา
