<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Oversee all operations and delivery of both digital and non-digital projects of Medical Marketing Solution
<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead editorial, design, digital, and production teams to execute both online and offline projects/campaigns/events as a committed timeline with clients
- Collaborate with the business team to acquire and deliver projects for clients
- Direct creativities to propose and execute client’s projects/campaigns/events
- Provide end-to-end oversight of processes, workflow, and project delivery
- Streamline communication between internal team members
- Create & modify workflows or mechanisms as standard to ensure seamless execution of complex and integrated projects
- Develop and coach teams to fully equip relevant skills
- Supervise team to create creative campaign per client’s project including execution and monitoring project’s performance
- Ensures timely delivery of activities & projects
- Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
- Provide real-time and periodic visibility of KPI & project status to all stakeholders
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Health Sciences, and related field
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, preferably with the creative or medical agency, publisher, or healthcare industry
- 5-7 years of experience in understanding medical and scientific content
- Fluent in both written and spoken, Thai and English [used in communicating with Reginal Managers]

- Ability to lead a big team and provide leadership with effective people management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – working in both matrix and directly supervised environment
