<Job Responsibilities>
- Process BOI (export/import) documents (Deal with client and group company in Singapore, Japan, Italy, Hong Kong)
- Support to update work permit for Japanese
- Support customer service staff to coordinate with supplier and customer (receive order and place order)
- Accounting task such as input data in the system and coordinate with accounting staff in Singapore and accounting firm (VAT, Withholdings Tax, Journal entry)
- Coordinate with Singapore parent's company's request in English
- Other tasks assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related filed
- At least 5 years of working experience as BOI (import/export) staff in trading or manufacturing company (electronic industry preferable)
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 700 up is preferable)
- Person who is flexible for job responsibility (willing to do other job such as admin, accounting)
- Experience in SAP system

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in the electronic industry

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการเอกสาร BOI (ส่งออก/นำเข้า) (จัดการกับลูกค้าและกลุ่มบริษัทในสิงคโปร์ ญี่ปุ่น อิตาลี ฮ่องกง)
- รองรับการอัพเดทใบอนุญาตทำงานสำหรับชาวญี่ปุ่น
- สนับสนุนพนักงานบริการลูกค้าในการประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า (รับคำสั่งซื้อและสั่งซื้อสินค้า)
- งานบัญชี เช่น ป้อนข้อมูลในระบบและประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีในสิงคโปร์และสำนักงานบัญชี (VAT, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, รายการบันทึกประจำวัน)
- ประสานงานกับคำขอของบริษัทแม่ในสิงคโปร์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งพนักงาน BOI (นำเข้า/ส่งออก) ในบริษัทการค้าหรือการผลิต (อุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสูง (โทอิค 700 ขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ผู้ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นในการรับผิดชอบงาน (ยินดีทำงานอื่น เช่น แอดมิน, บัญชี)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ SAP

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
