Work Outline: Responsible for reviewing Accounting and Business Process in Chemical Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee Business Process team working on trading realization entries to ensure timeliness, correctness and internal control compliance
Lead, advice, direct and develop team to up their skills and competency
Liaise with Business Division to ensure smooth and proper realization process
Advise Business Division and team to solve problems amicably or set up proper procedures for new business or new process
Develop more effective and efficient procedures as well as internal control to maintain high level of accuracy and timeliness
Take part in any project for development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance workflow process
Check and release payment block in the system for payment process
Support month-end and year-end closing process i.e. adjustment entries on prepayment, accrual, suspense VAT, commission, etc.
Support Business Plan and Forecasting process

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, 40-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
At least 12 – 15 years of working experiences in Accounting field
At least 10 years of working experiences in Management level
Experience in Japanese trading industry
Good command in English (for communication and making report)
Proficient in IT: MS office, Excel, Word, SAP
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Very mature, able to lead the team, and compromised
CPD license
Preferable Skill / Experience
Not job hopper
Languages skills
English: Advanced (highest) – Business Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17.00 (Working Hour 7.25 hours) (Lunch break 12:00 – 13:15)
