<Job Responsibilities>
- Construction site controller, also supervise installation of machine, utilities/ site factory, building, storage
- Control and making site document and paper tasks sending to company and for recording
- Monitor with control & re-check with other engineering, Control and lead supplier, out-sourcing and contact to sub-contractor to meet the construction master plan
- Preparing the price, QTY, of use and making the quotation to client and compare with sup-contractor (if any*)
- Co-operate with civil engineer, mechanical, electrical team and project manager
- Co-operate with electrical, machine maker and supplier
- Monitoring and controlling the work/Job to meet company policy and construction Legal Standard
- Audit work from starting to finishing
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer
- At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical work designing of HVAC, Plumping, Fire Protection Utility (such as compressor air, cooling water, water treatment, wastewater treatment, etc. related fields)
- Knowledge on managing site working process
- Have Associate Mechanical Engineer License (Level 1)
- Able to use Auto CAD / Sketch-up, Solid work and Microsoft Office
- Good command in English (Able to communicate with Japanese / writing report)
- Having driving license
- Able to work at the domestics country site or abroad (Phathumtani, Chonburi)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience in food industrial, food factory

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Saturday (Office staff can take leave on Sat if there's no work))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ผู้ควบคุมสถานที่ก่อสร้าง, ดูแลการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร, สาธารณูปโภค/ ไซต์โรงงาน, อาคาร, การจัดเก็บ
- ควบคุมและจัดทำเอกสารหน้างานและงานกระดาษที่ส่งถึงบริษัทและเพื่อการบันทึก
- ตรวจสอบด้วยการควบคุมและตรวจสอบอีกครั้งกับวิศวกรรมอื่น ๆ, ควบคุมและเป็นผู้นำซัพพลายเออร์, การจ้างภายนอก และติดต่อกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนแม่บทการก่อสร้าง
- จัดเตรียมราคา, QTY, การใช้งาน และทำใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้าและเปรียบเทียบกับผู้รับเหมา (ถ้ามี*)
- ร่วมมือกับวิศวกรโยธา เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า และผู้จัดการโครงการ
- ร่วมมือกับไฟฟ้า ผู้ผลิตเครื่องจักร และซัพพลายเออร์
- ติดตามและควบคุมงาน/งานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทและการก่อสร้าง มาตรฐานกฎหมาย
- ตรวจสอบงานตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-38 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวเครื่องกล
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการออกแบบงานเครื่องกล HVAC, Plumping, Fire Protection Utility (เช่น เครื่องอัดอากาศ, น้ำหล่อเย็น, การบำบัดน้ำ, การบำบัดน้ำเสีย, ฯลฯ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการกระบวนการทำงานของไซต์
- มีใบอนุญาตวิศวกรเครื่องกล (ระดับ 1)
- สามารถใช้ Auto CAD / Sketch-up, Solid work และ Microsoft Office ได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สามารถสื่อสารกับภาษาญี่ปุ่น / เขียนรายงานได้)
- มีใบขับขี่
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศได้ (ปทุมธานี, ชลบุรี)

- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร, โรงงานอาหาร
