Work outline: Provide support to Sales team, including document task


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Assist for Sales Team and Sales manager
 Daily sales activity, Receiving call (Response), Reply customer’s email
 Prepare and Issue Quotation, purchase order ,Tax invoice, delivery note, billing’s document 
 Control delivery and forecast. 
 Control loading the item at customer warehouse ( sometime)
 Prepare document and sample for sending by EMS or DHL
 Contact with shipping section for planning delivery
 Contact with Japan side for shipping documents
 Stock controlling 
 Billing and collect cheque (sometime outside)


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female only , age 23-28 years old
 Bachelor Degree in any field
 At least 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator in foreign company
 Proficiency in Microsoft offices
 Strong communication skills and service-minded


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Working experience in Japanese Manufacturer
 Knowledge in SAP program

English: Conversational level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
