<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with suppliers in Thailand and Japan.
- Ensure orders and paperwork, follow up orders and shipments, coordinate with importers, custom, other necessary units.
- Ensure orders from clients, support sales for after order-placed process including paperwork.
- Run social media for company such as Facebook, Line, Instagram.
- Report to/work closely with Managing Director (JP), Sales.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1++ working experiences as sales coordinator, admin or related from trading company
- Good command of English (for internal communication, email)
- Creative, communicative, proactive, good personality

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Be able to communicate in Japanese (N3)
- Interested in music box or toy-related

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศไทยและญี่ปุ่น
- ตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อและเอกสาร, ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อและการจัดส่ง, ประสานงานกับผู้นำเข้า ศุลกากร หน่วยงานที่จำเป็นอื่น ๆ
- ตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า, สนับสนุนการขายสำหรับขั้นตอนหลังการสั่งซื้อ รวมทั้งงานเอกสาร
- จัดการโซเชียลมีเดียสำหรับบริษัท เช่น Facebook, Line, Instagram
- รายงาน/ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับกรรมการผู้จัดการ (JP) ฝ่ายขาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1++ ตำแหน่ง เป็นผู้ประสานงานขาย แอดมิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องจากบริษัทการค้า
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน, อีเมล)
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สื่อสารเชิงรุก บุคลิกภาพดี

- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ (N3)
