<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze massive data using statistical techniques and provide results which are beneficial to
the team and company
- Conduct a full cycle/end-to-end process of data analysis including data preparation, data
analysis, data interpretation, and data visualization
- Develop data to a visible presentation to provide knowledgeable insights and actionable
marketing strategies that will be used to support Digital Marketing team
- Create reports, utilized for performance tracking and performance evaluation
- Actively explore new approaches of analysis and presentation approaches for betterment
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-27 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Conversational High level of English (to communicate with internally mainly. sometimes have to communicate with client directly)
- 2-3 years of experience in business analytics or data analysis in any industry
- High level of proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, R)
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines
- Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team
- Be adaptable, able to work in fast-paced environment

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG industry
- Experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), DMPs, media tag (e.g., GTM), CRM data, email marketing data, video data and social media analytics
- Experience in taking care large-sized data

- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่โดยใช้เทคนิคทางสถิติและให้ผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อทีมงานและบริษัท
- ดำเนินการครบวงจร/กระบวนการ end-to-end ของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรวมถึงการจัดเตรียมข้อมูล, การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, การตีความข้อมูล, และการสร้างภาพข้อมูล
- พัฒนาข้อมูลสู่การนำเสนอที่มองเห็นได้เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่มีความรู้และกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ ซึ่งจะนำไปใช้สนับสนุนทีมการตลาดดิจิทัล
- สร้างรายงาน ใช้สำหรับการติดตามประสิทธิภาพและการประเมินประสิทธิภาพ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-27 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาสถิติ ระบบสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารภายในเป็นหลัก, บางครั้งต้องสื่อสารกับลูกค้าโดยตรง)
- ประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปีในการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจหรือการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ
- ความเชี่ยวชาญระดับสูงใน SQL และ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet, เครื่องมือ Business Intelligence (เช่น Power BI, Tableau, R)
- ความสามารถในการจัดการงานหลายงานและมี tight dealines
- เรียนรู้เร็วและเต็มใจที่จะมีส่วนร่วมและทำงานเป็นทีม
- ปรับตัวได้ สามารถทำงานในสภาวะที่เร่งรีบได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านอีคอมเมิร์ซ, การค้าปลีก, อุตสาหกรรม FMCG
- ประสบการณ์ในแพลตฟอร์มข้อมูลลูกค้า (CDP), DMPs, Media Tag (เช่น GTM), ข้อมูล CRM, ข้อมูลการตลาดทางอีเมล, ข้อมูลวิดีโอและการวิเคราะห์โซเชียลมีเดีย
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่
