<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and maintain the current credit risk model including PD/LGD/EAD, IFRS9 models, acquisition scorecards, collection models, and other credit risk factor models.
- Conduct and lead the model development projects on credit scoring, IFRS9 models, loss prediction and other modelling techniques to enhance credit decision making as well as optimize collections and recovery activities.
- Support other project that related in credit model area by coordinating with Other Dept., Vendors or Consultant firms.
- Develop and/or revise policy and procedure relevant to portfolio/Model management or supporting
- Support develop credit risk activities and other projects as assigned
- Other tasks as assigned by Management

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 22-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years’ experience in risk modelling, risk management areas of banks or financial companies
- Having knowledge in risk management tools such as SPSS, SAS, Python and Program R etc.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and Access.
- Business level of English skill (writing, communicate)
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- 2 years’ experience in supervisory level in risk management field

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการและรักษารูปแบบความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิตในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งรวมถึง PD/LGD/EAD โมเดล IFRS9 ดัชนีชี้วัดการได้มา แบบจำลองการรวบรวม และแบบจำลองปัจจัยเสี่ยงด้านเครดิตอื่นๆ
- ดำเนินการและเป็นผู้นำโครงการพัฒนาแบบจำลองเกี่ยวกับการให้คะแนนสินเชื่อ แบบจำลอง IFRS9 การทำนายการสูญเสีย และเทคนิคการสร้างแบบจำลองอื่นๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงการตัดสินใจด้านสินเชื่อ ตลอดจนเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกิจกรรมการรวบรวมและการกู้คืน
- สนับสนุนโครงการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นที่ต้นแบบสินเชื่อโดยประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ผู้จำหน่าย หรือบริษัทที่ปรึกษา
- พัฒนาและ/หรือแก้ไขนโยบายและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอ/แบบจำลองหรือการสนับสนุน
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนากิจกรรมความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิตและโครงการอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถิติ คณิตศาสตร์ การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ด้านแบบจำลองความเสี่ยง ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยงของธนาคารหรือบริษัททางการเงิน
- มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมือการบริหารความเสี่ยง เช่น SPSS, SAS, Python และ Program R เป็นต้น
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญระดับสูงใน MS Office โดยเฉพาะใน Excel และ Access
- ระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ (การเขียน, สื่อสาร)
- ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจที่แข็งแกร่ง

- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ในระดับหัวหน้างานด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง
