<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for company's office supplies, benefits, and welfare
- Occasionally visit state agency for document submission
- Support sales (both Thai & Japanese) for sales related documents such as invoice, quotation, purchasing order and shipping documents (for both Import (Main) and export)
- Coordinate with suppliers both domestic (main) and oversea
- Booking for shipments as request (Calls & email)
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 22-25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience as Admin or Coordinator in Trading company
- Good command of English (Verbal and writing skills)
- MS Office especially Excel
- Strong liaison skills (with suppliers, internal-external person etc.)
- Keen to learn new knowledge (high in curiosity and challenging mindset)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- TOEIC certificate
- Understanding of Logistics process
- Japanese Ability (No Certificate required)
- Early or immediately join

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri (Sat: depends on each year calendar; April’22 to March’23: 6 days per year))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบเครื่องใช้สำนักงาน สิทธิประโยชน์ และสวัสดิการของบริษัท
- เยี่ยมเยือนหน่วยงานของรัฐเพื่อยื่นเอกสารเป็นครั้งคราว
- รองรับการขาย (ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาญี่ปุ่น) สำหรับเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ และเอกสารการจัดส่ง (สำหรับทั้งการนำเข้า (หลัก) และการส่งออก)
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในประเทศ (หลัก) และต่างประเทศ
- จองการจัดส่งตามคำขอ (โทรศัพท์ & อีเมล)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 22-25 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- นักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือ มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Admin หรือ ผู้ประสานงานในบริษัทการค้า
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทักษะทางวาจาและการเขียน)
- MS Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี (กับซัพพลายเออร์ บุคคลภายใน-ภายนอก ฯลฯ)
- กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้ความรู้ใหม่ (มีความอยากรู้อยากเห็นและความคิดที่ท้าทายสูง)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ใบรับรอง TOEIC
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์
- ความสามารถภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีใบรับรอง)
- เข้าร่วมเร็วหรือทันที
