<Job Responsibilities>
- Both existing client & seeking for new potential clients
- Documents tasks
- Sales action particularly seeking for new customers to achieve sales target
- Coordinate invoicing and bill payment as necessary to get full payment from customers and ensure good collection performance
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction delivery date, product & service quality under company's current resources
- Address customers' problems on-site or seek technical support for efficient and effective problem solving
- Coordinate with production to make a smooth support to customers
- Share market information and competitor movement and feedback to industrial team
- Provide good level of service and coordination to customers
- Prepare appropriate customer visit reports and other reports

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25-38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years experience as Sales (Automotive or Electronics is required)
- Business Level of Japanese Language both of verbal and written (At least JLPT N3 is required)
- Good command of English Language (Email, report, contact with oversea client)
- Comfort to visit clients outside (Company car with driver is provided)
- MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

<Preferable skills>
- Holding JLPT N2 or N1
- Immediately join

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: ARL Ladkrabang, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:20(Monday-Friday plus Sat 1-3 times a month depends on company calendar)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ทั้งลูกค้าปัจจุบันและการหาลูกค้าใหม่
- งานเอกสาร
- การดำเนินการขายโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการหาลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- ประสานงานการออกใบแจ้งหนี้และการเรียกเก็บเงินตามความจำเป็นเพื่อรับการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนจากลูกค้าและให้ประสิทธิภาพการเรียกเก็บเงินที่ดี
- รับรองวันที่ส่งมอบความพึงพอใจสูงสุด คุณภาพของสินค้าและบริการภายใต้ทรัพยากรปัจจุบันของบริษัท
- แก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าในสถานที่หรือขอความช่วยเหลือด้านเทคนิคเพื่อการแก้ปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- แบ่งปันข้อมูลการตลาดและการเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่งและข้อเสนอแนะให้กับทีมอุตสาหกรรม
- ให้บริการและประสานงานกับลูกค้าในระดับดี
- จัดทำรายงานการเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าและรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 25-38 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี (ด้านยานยนต์ หรือ อิเล็คทรอนิคส์)
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่นทั้งทางวาจาและภาษาเขียน (ต้องมี JLPT N3 เป็นอย่างน้อย)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อีเมล รายงาน ติดต่อกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ)
- ความสะดวกสบายในการเยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้าภายนอก (มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้)
- MS Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel, PowerPoint)

<ทักษะที่ต้องการ>
- ถือ JLPT N2 หรือ N1
- เข้าร่วมทันที
