Job Description
- Responsible in overall managing the general adminisration depaartment.
- Control and take care of all company's vehicle insurances and tax, rental vehical contract, warehouse, transportation, and land contract.
- Responsible intaking care of VISA/ work permit of Japanese staff with a knowlegde of related law and regulation.
- Participate as a team member of ISO9001 team.
- Other taks as assigned by Japanese management.
Qualification / Requiremetn
- Bachelor's degree or upper in any field.
- Min 8 years of working experience in GA, Admin role.
- Min 5 years in the management level.
- Knolweageble of taxes, law, and regulatio, purchasing, VISA/ work permit, ISO9001.
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
- Service minded, leadership, and good communication skill.
