<Job Responsibilities>
• 80% find new business opportunities to carry out the business development plan
• Define and implement marketing and product management strategies. Emphasis is placed on short-term and long-term business plans in order to achieve sales revenue targets of the company
• Oversee and develop marketing campaigns
• Contact target customers to create new customers for the company as well as expand the sales of products and services to the target customers of the organization
• Plan marketing and sales strategies, track and supervise sales in order to achieve the company's goals.
• Support the sales promotion of the sales manager
• Promote new and existing products. Features that benefit distributors and related parties
• Conduct marketing and specific activities to build brand awareness and good relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build awareness Share technical and sales products with associates to offer sales and services.
• Support other coordination assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 5++ years of experience in sales and marketing for manufacturing in related industries
- At least 1-year experience in management level
- Good Command of English [Conversational High] [Used to support foreign customers]
- Leadership skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to communicate in Japanese at a business level will be an advantage

• 80% หาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการตามแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจ
• กำหนดและใช้กลยุทธ์การตลาดและการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ เน้นแผนธุรกิจระยะสั้นและระยะยาวเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายรายได้จากการขายของบริษัท
• ดูแลและพัฒนาแคมเปญการตลาด
• ติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างลูกค้าใหม่ให้กับบริษัท ตลอดจนขยายการขายสินค้าและบริการไปยังลูกค้าเป้าหมายขององค์กร
• วางแผนการตลาดและกลยุทธ์การขาย ติดตามและควบคุมการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• สนับสนุนการส่งเสริมการขายของผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย
• ส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และที่มีอยู่ คุณสมบัติที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้จัดจำหน่ายและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและกิจกรรมเฉพาะเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ถึงแบรนด์และความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตในประเทศและต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
• ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดและวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง
• สร้างการรับรู้ แบ่งปันผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านเทคนิคและการขายกับพนักงานเพื่อเสนอขายและบริการ
• สนับสนุนการประสานงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 5++ ปีในด้านการขายและการตลาดสำหรับการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี [สนทนาสูง] [ใช้เพื่อช่วยเหลือลูกค้าต่างชาติ]
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
