Work Outline: Responsible for System analysis work and User support


Duties & Responsibility:
Do and Lead System analysis work (check error, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol)
Do and lead User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquires and request from customer, escalate to proper parties if necessary)
Create analysis document for the customer and management and explain customer manager
Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customer, internal team, other div. etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project
Lead Operation and report manager periodically and improve operation & staff environment
Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, 28-36 years 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or any related field
CISSP, CCNA Security, CCNP Security certificate holder
At least 4 years of working experience in any related field
Japanese skills (N3 or above) 


Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience with service desk business field
Experience with Information Security business field


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (N3 or above)


Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 11.00-20.00, Night shift: 20.30-8.00*(after05.00 is OT))
