<Job Responsibilities>
- ※Mission : To take care of existing client and expand sales
- Route sales: 90% and Business Development: 10%
- Strengthen relationship with existing client, also responsible for follow up
- Cold call to new client in the list and Set appointment with new client
- Visit clients and hear customer needs and propose suitable products to solve customer problems.
- Prepare contract and sales documents such as quotation, invoice.
- Follow up to make sure customer satisfaction
- Deal with inquiry from Clients (make quotation and some documents)
- Arrange the price and cost for order-made products between Japanese HQ and customer
- Research the potential companies and get appointment with them
- Manage Thai sales and educate them
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Having experience more than 7 years as B-to-B sales in any industry
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC: more then 600)
- Not Job hopper
- Can work under pressure
- Can work multitask
- Can join immediately
- Personality: Flexibility, Challenging, active, self-motivated

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Having experience as B-to-B sales related to handle General appliances such as LED lighting
- Having experience as B-to-B sales for construction industry
- Having experience as internal business planning or make regulation
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Can speak Japanese
- Having experience as Marketing
- Experience of dealing with many kinds of products

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- *ภารกิจ : ดูแลลูกค้าเดิมและขยายยอดขาย
- การขายตามเส้นทาง: 90% และการพัฒนาธุรกิจ: 10%
- กระชับความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน และรับผิดชอบในการติดตามผลด้วย
- โทรหาลูกค้าใหม่ในรายชื่อและนัดหมายกับลูกค้าใหม่
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าและรับฟังความต้องการของลูกค้าและเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารสัญญาและการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้
- ติดตามเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกค้าพึงพอใจ
- จัดการกับคำถามจากลูกค้า (ทำใบเสนอราคาและเอกสารบางส่วน)
- จัดเตรียมราคาและต้นทุนสำหรับสินค้าสั่งทำระหว่าง HQ ของญี่ปุ่นกับลูกค้า
- ค้นหาบริษัทที่มีศักยภาพและทำการนัดหมายกับพวกเขา
- บริหารจัดการพนักงานฝ่ายขายคนไทยและให้ความรู้กับพวกเขา
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย B-to-B มากกว่า 7 ปี ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (TOEIC: มากกว่า 600 คะแนน)
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- ทำงานมัลติทาสก์ได้
- เข้าร่วมได้ทันที
- บุคลิกภาพ: มีความยืดหยุ่น, ท้าทาย, กระตือรือร้น, มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย B-to-B ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าทั่วไป เช่น ไฟ LED
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายแบบ B-to-B ในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนธุรกิจภายในหรือจัดทำกฎระเบียบ
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด
- ประสบการณ์ซื้อขายสินค้าหลายประเภท
