<Job Responsibilities>
• Initiate HR strategies and tactical to support Company’s goal and mission.
• Design, implement and maintain the policies relating to employees that is aligned with the management of employee, attraction, deployment, and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the company (Policies)
• Design, implement and maintain the Human Resource Information System that support to keep employee’s information and employee service to provide a comfortable working style culture in the company.
• Manage recruitment & retention activities by ensuring effective programs are in place for to attract & retain talented individuals
• Plan and search the development program for employees, both internal and external training to enhance employee’s skills and capabilities.
• Implement compensation/incentive programs and benefit plans which are competitive and effective in motivating and retaining high performers,and ensure that competitive policies and procedures are in place for staff compensation and benefits.
• Develop and implement Performance Management System for company in order to evaluate employee as needed by company’s strategy and direction.
• Initiate other ways to promote and sustain company philosophy
• Implement and manage employee engagement system.
• Conduct the exit interview, keep record and discuss with management team
• Be the strategic partner with the team leader to handle people issue.
• Research to expand the effectiveness of organization’s tools in company in order to increase a more robust organizational changes and performance, also to being the sustainable organization.
• Provide, implement and manage the system of talent review and succession plan
• Develop and design the skill set for each position in order to provide the training as needed by company’s requirement.
• Develop a suitable career path for employees in order to retain the potential employees and provide room for career growth, also promotion system.
• Implement knowledge management system and ensure knowledge sharing in place in the company.
• Administration Team Leader: HR/GA, Finance, Accounting
• Manage outsourcing company like driver/maid/security
• Manage office administration including rental asset, office asset, insurance, car parking, IT, credit card/fleet card, staff party
• Prepare apply work permit, visa extension, stay longer than 90 days, Thailand pass, accommodation booking for foreigner
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 40-47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years’ experience in overall Human Resources (HRM, HRD, OD)
- Excellent skills in verbal and written of English (use in both documentation and communicate with expatriates and overseas office)
- Knowledge of Labour Law, HRM and HRD, and Employee Relations
- Experience in responsible for VISA and Work Permit by own internally
- Hands on in operation process
- Willing to travel to Sri Racha, Chonburi office (Frequency: 1-2 times a week, depends on tasks) by company car
- Have driving license for business purpose
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experiences in trading business
- Korean speaker in conversational level
- Experience in B-Plus system software
- Experience as HR in new setup/in-transition period company
- Can join immediately
