<Job Responsibilities>
- Acquire information about potential projects by networking with Architect Design firm, real estate consulting firm, and Developer etc.
- Analyse the project such as profitability, technical difficulty, schedule, and risk management etc.
- Prepare for bid documents and contracts
- Closely work with Design Dept., QS Dept., and Construction Dept etc.
- Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 7 years' Sales experience in general contractor (Sales for Non-JP market is preferable), Architect Design firm, real estate consulting firm, or Developer
- Good command of English
- Network with Architect Design firm, real estate consulting firm, and Developer
- Achievements to acquire the construction projects
- Good communication skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Network with key persons to acquire information about potential projects

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการที่มีศักยภาพโดยการสร้างเครือข่ายกับ บริษัทออกแบบสถาปนิก บริษัทที่ปรึกษาด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์และนักพัฒนา ฯลฯ
- วิเคราะห์โครงการ เช่น ความสามารถในการทำกำไร, ปัญหาทางเทคนิค, ตารางเวลา, และการบริหารความเสี่ยง เป็นต้น
- เตรียมเอกสารประกวดราคาและสัญญา
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับ ฝ่ายออกแบบ, ฝ่าย QS, และฝ่ายก่อสร้าง เป็นต้น
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การขายมากกว่า 7 ปีในผู้รับเหมาทั่วไป (การขายสำหรับตลาดที่ไม่ใช่ JP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ), บริษัท ออกแบบสถาปนิก, บริษัท ที่ปรึกษาด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือนักพัฒนา
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
- เครือข่ายกับบริษัทออกแบบสถาปนิก บริษัทที่ปรึกษาด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และผู้พัฒนา
- ความสำเร็จในการได้มาซึ่งโครงการก่อสร้าง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
