<Job Responsibilities>
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; adapting strategy to changing conditions and forecasting projected business.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new business areas.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Other tasks as assigned by management

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3-4 years previous direct sales and/or business development experience, preferably with telecom or public safety, or integrated system solutions.
- Good command of both written and spoken English with TOEIC score 550 or above
- Own car / Able to travel to up-country
- Have an understanding and experience with consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures in both Thai/English.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
- Understanding of business processes and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and being able to deliver high-quality services.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking and problem solving, and good service-minded.
- Good working attitude to handle pressure.
- Active, Enthusiastic, fast learner and be a good teamwork.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รักษาสายสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าหลักโดยการเยี่ยมชมเป็นระยะ สำรวจความต้องการเฉพาะ คาดการณ์โอกาสใหม่ๆ
- ระบุโอกาสทางการตลาดโดยระบุข้อกำหนด การกำหนดตลาด ส่วนแบ่งของคู่แข่ง และจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของคู่แข่ง การปรับกลยุทธ์ให้เข้ากับสภาวะที่เปลี่ยนแปลงและการพยากรณ์ธุรกิจที่คาดการณ์ไว้
- ริเริ่มและประสานงานการพัฒนาแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อเจาะพื้นที่ธุรกิจใหม่

- ทำแผนที่ผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าและสร้างโอกาสในการขายให้กับองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายตรงและ/หรือการพัฒนาธุรกิจมาก่อน 3-4 ปี โดยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษในด้านโทรคมนาคมหรือความปลอดภัยสาธารณะ หรือโซลูชันระบบแบบบูรณาการ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งเขียนและพูดได้ดีด้วยคะแนน TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว / สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีความเข้าใจและมีประสบการณ์กับเทคนิคการให้คำปรึกษาการขาย
- สามารถอ่าน วิเคราะห์ และตีความวารสารธุรกิจทั่วไป วารสารวิชาชีพ หรือขั้นตอนทางเทคนิคทั้งภาษาไทย/อังกฤษ
- ความสามารถในการคำนวณตัวเลขและจำนวนเงิน เช่น ส่วนลด ดอกเบี้ย คอมมิชชั่น เปอร์เซ็นต์ ฯลฯ
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจและแนวคิด
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมและสามารถให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพสูง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร คิดวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และมีใจบริการที่ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน รับแรงกดดันได้
