<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage Sales Department, including sales performance, sales forecasting, results & profits to achieve target and expecting goals such as new customers development etc.
- Maintaining and continuously improves the company’s competitive position in the market, as well as a new business opportunity
- Able to drive business goals of the company in terms of sales, brand awareness & profitability
- Analysing the market for new product development and pricing strategy including competitors and future analysis
- Develop and execute Strategic plan, Sales directions, including coordinate with other related departments to obtain the maximum efficiency, and profitability to the company
- Create and maintain excellent working relationships with all customers.
- Managing and supervise subordinates, give advice, including to comply with the rules and company regulation
- Identify any issues and problems disturbing business growth and find for solutions.
- Report sales performance, make suggestion plan (long-and short-term) and market trends.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 40-48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 15 years as B2B Sales (Any Industry)
- At least 5 years as Manager with Subordinates (to manage large amount of subordinates, strong driving sales department)
- Strong Sales & related Achievement
- Business Development Experience/ Ability
- Excellent command in English (Internal/ External communication, report with Management)
- Analytical, initiative for new solutions and strategy with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent in negotiation

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Sales experience in Automotive Industry, Car Rental, *Leasing
- *Previous experience or already resigned
- Experience in Japanese Company
- TOEIC score

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการฝ่ายขาย รวมถึงประสิทธิภาพการขาย การคาดการณ์ยอดขาย ผลลัพธ์ & ผลกำไร เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและเป้าหมายที่คาดหวัง เช่น การพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ เป็นต้น
- รักษาและปรับปรุงสถานะการแข่งขันของบริษัทในตลาดอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดจนโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
- สามารถขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของบริษัทได้ทั้งในด้านการขาย การรับรู้ถึงแบรนด์ และความสามารถในการทำกำไร
- วิเคราะห์ตลาดสำหรับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และกลยุทธ์การกำหนดราคารวมถึงคู่แข่งและการวิเคราะห์ในอนาคต
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนกลยุทธ์ ทิศทางการขาย รวมถึงการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและผลกำไรให้กับบริษัท
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในการทำงานกับลูกค้าทั้งหมด
- บริหารจัดการและกำกับดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้คำแนะนำ รวมทั้งปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและข้อบังคับของบริษัท
- ระบุปัญหาและปัญหาที่รบกวนการเติบโตของธุรกิจและค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไข
- รายงานผลการขาย จัดทำแผนข้อเสนอแนะ (ระยะยาวและระยะสั้น) และแนวโน้มของตลาด
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 40-48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 15 ปีในการขาย B2B (อุตสาหกรรมใดก็ได้)
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการกับลูกน้อง (เพื่อจัดการลูกน้องจำนวนมาก, ฝ่ายขายที่แข็งแกร่ง)
- ยอดขายที่แข็งแกร่งและความสำเร็จที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์/ความสามารถในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การสื่อสารภายใน/ภายนอก, รายงานกับผู้บริหาร)
- การวิเคราะห์ ความคิดริเริ่มสำหรับโซลูชันและกลยุทธ์ใหม่ๆ พร้อมทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี เจรจาต่อรองได้ดี

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์, รถเช่า, *ลีสซิ่ง
- *มีประสบการณ์หรือลาออกแล้ว
