<Job Responsibilities>
1) Manage Company Welfares: Applying new staffs and termination
- Provident Fund
- Group Insurance
- Health Checkup: Every October
- New year party, Company trip: Follow company policy
2) HR Jobs
- Leave record (check on whiteboard and leave form)
- Employment contract: when hire new staff
- Make Tardiness report (Check in & Check out time of each staff)
- Print OT report (data from time attendance): Every each month (see Calendar and discuss with HR Manager.)
- Prepare/Calculate of personal use of Japanese expat (Weekend use, Private use, Air Ticket use etc.)
3) Admin Jobs
- Order Name card
- Order office paper (A4, A3 paper, Big Envelop 11" x13 ", Small envelop 9AA, Head letter paper)
- Order Form: Tax Invoice, Debit /Credit Note, Goods Receiver
- Order Stationary
- Renovate office, repair, decoration to return rental area
- Reserve company car for guest and employee (check management 's schedule and arrange car as per request)
- Reserve meeting room
- Be an Operator
- Serve refreshment to guests when maid is not in office or take leave
- Golf booking and Selling or Transferring membership
- Hotel booking (for accommodation, seminar)
- Flight booking
- Visa application to oversea trip
- Car parking (Control parking car card)
- Office Phone (iPhone, Normal phone, Aircard, Sim card, Phone package, rental contract)
- Apply voice and data roaming for all oversea trip
- Handle driver issue (Confirm schedule from Japanese)
- Take care equipment and Housekeeper
4) Work permit & Visa (BOI and Immigration) *Not use outsource
- Apply work permit & Visa for Japanese include family. (BKK Branch) and as assigned.
- Report Notify 90 days
- Support Japanese passport (Lost, re-new passport, transfer Visa and work permit)
- Re-new visa and work permit for Japanese include family.
5) Other Job
- Give pay slip to Thai and Japanese staff
- Calculate OT report (Sales Co, Accountant)
- Prepare credit card to staff
- Prepare purchase request form for all expenses
- Purchase all office asset
- Coordinate with internal employees and vendors
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Handle and prepare document for expenses
- Maintain and update company databases
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 24-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years’ experience as General Admin or related
- Experience of VISA and Work permit under BOI license
- Good command of English (Coordinate with Japanese, documents)
- Microsoft Office; Ms Word, Excel, Power point
- Mature personality, good communication, ability to work under pressure with problem solving skills,
- Able to maintain confidentiality or keep secret information.

- Early join candidate
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related.
