<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the store operations, Inventory, Shift scheduling of work for sales staff, Customer management
- Manage and analyze budget and actual result and propose action plans for further development.
- Report on actual result, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Manage supporting staff, motivate, educate and training members to accomplish goal, follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers or staff. (Complaints, grievances etc.)
- Support other tasks if there any requested by Management

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-39 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail business. (Prefer Luxury brand related field)
- Available to work on weekend (assigned shift by JP Manager) (Working 5 days/week by shift (8 hrs./day)
- Good Command of English communication
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word
- Service-minded, self-motivated, well-organized, and result-oriented
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure handle multiple assignments and cross-functional simultaneously
- Available for training at Central world or Bangna for 1 month

Working Hour: 13:00-22:00 (Work as shift / Day-off 8-9 days (Not Sat-Sunday) / Company will manage shift in advance 1 month (from 9:45 or 11:30 or 13:00) and count 9 hrs.))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานของร้าน, สินค้าคงคลัง, การจัดตารางกะงานสำหรับพนักงานขาย, การจัดการลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการและวิเคราะห์งบประมาณและผลที่เกิดขึ้นจริงและเสนอแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อการพัฒนาต่อไป
- รายงานผลจริง แนวโน้มการซื้อ ความต้องการของลูกค้า ผลกำไร ฯลฯ
- บริหารจัดการพนักงานสนับสนุน จูงใจ ให้ความรู้ และฝึกอบรมสมาชิกให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าในระดับสูงด้วยบริการที่เป็นเลิศ
- จัดการกับปัญหาทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นจากลูกค้าหรือพนักงาน (เรื่องร้องเรียน ร้องทุกข์ ฯลฯ)
- สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ หากมีการร้องขอจากฝ่ายบริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-39 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก (ต้องการสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแบรนด์หรู)
- สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดได้ (ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการญี่ปุ่น) (ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ เป็นกะ (8 ชม./วัน)
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Excel, Word
- มีใจบริการ มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง มีระเบียบ และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์
- ความสามารถในการจัดองค์กรและการบริหารเวลาที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้หลายงานและข้ามสายงานไปพร้อม ๆ กัน
- สามารถอบรมที่ Central world หรือ Bangna ได้ 1 เดือน
