Technical Support & Sales Engineer (Electronics materials) (35K-40K) (SDG-78865)

<Job Responsibilities>
Main:
1. Activity participates in technical services;
- To provide technical support to existing and new customers to expand business and ensure our product functionality / feasibility for customers application.
- To attend customers' molding evaluation to assist customers in process optimization consideration for product manufacturability.
- To recommend suitable products and advise on design changes to existing products when necessary.
- To provide support in problem solving activities.
2. Provides Thailand customer technical trend info / package trend to RnD for new product development
3. Spec in for new products and improved existing products according to customer requirement in order get new business and achieve preset new product themes.
4. Project Management - Manages key projects to increase new project success rate
5. Product Management - Collect competitor’s information & customer’s future PKG trend
6. Co-Work activities - Finds collaboration chance with Fabless, Corporate R&D, machine maker, etc.
7. Cluster products support - Support all other back-end and front-end materials during co-evaluation
8. Review feasibility of R&D roadmap
Supportive:
1. Analyze customers’ requirements and set targets. Spec in for new products and improved existing products according to customer requirement.
2. Conduct evaluation together with customers. Summarise data and give some solution and recommendations.
3. Create activity/ theme list for each theme/customer to monitor the ongoing activities and plan further actions required.
4. Monitor the progress of each theme and ensure that progress is relative to set targets.
5. Monitor, guide and follow up on related themes’ progress.
6. Closely follow-up, monitor and determine suitable actions to achieve new project realization plan;
- Monitoring closely and react timely on customer's project progress / status.
- Work together with Sales / Customer on the best strategy / methodology to achieve the project realization plan.
7. Ensure prompt responds to customer's enquiries.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer: Chemical, Micro Electronics, Other engineering
- Minimum 3 years as Process Engineer, Sales Engineer, R&D or other related position related to (Semiconductors Material, Semiconductors or OEM Electronics)
- Good command of English (Coordinate with foreigner etc.)
- Own car and driving license
- Sales ability
- MS. Office
- Able to travel up-country and overseas
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Holding TOEIC
- Early join candidate
