Work details
• Responsibility for Strategy/Business Plan Realization of the Business Unit
• Management and development of all Business Unit belonging departments and activities
• Communication and cooperation with the Business Unit at Fronius International
• Budgeting, sales controlling, risk management and full cost responsibility for the Business Unit
• Ensure a deep understanding of the entire market (products, competitors, market requirements, pricing strategy)
• Collecting commercial and competition information from the market
• Professional Lead- and Account Management as well as campaign management
• Comprehensive controlling and steering of sales activities and tools
• Coordination of internal projects in all BU related departments
• Generating new leads, acquisition of new customers and further development of the existing customer base
• Reporting to Fronius International GmbH
• Act as Head of BU PW in the subsidiary
• Responsible for P&L (profit & loss) of the BU PW in the subsidiary
• Receives executive summary of all meetings of the departments and requests market related information from colleagues involved
• Supports decision making in other departments which could affect the business plan achievement
• Makes decisions in the sense of the business plan
• Makes and approves job requests
• Identification with Fronius values and leadership mission statement
• Representative and multiplier of Fronius corporate culture (Fronius Way 4.x)
• Age 37-48 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical and Mechanical)
• At least 10 years’ experience as sales engineer role in manufacturing industries.
• At least 5 years’ experience as sales management in manufacturing industries.
• At least 5 years’ experience as welding robot in manufacturing industries.
• Advance conversation high level in English
• Good sales and communication/didactic skills as well as a customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to undertake further training
• Team spirit with willingness to impart knowledge to others
• Own car with driving license
• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering is preferable
• Business level in English is preferable
