Work Outline: Responsible for all functions of new set up company
Duties & Responsibility:
Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions with Japanese MD
Meeting with consulting company
Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
Making & managing all compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
Other task assigned by Japanese MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Male/Female, age 30-39 years
Bachelor’s or Master degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources or General Affairs or admin
Japanese & English communication skills
Computer literacy (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in new set up company
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational – Business level (N3-N2)
Workplace Area: Thonglor area
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB Negotiable
