<Job Responsibilities>
BOI
• Summarize sales report and confirm stock balance with customers
• Monitor max stock quantity, control stock balance, and follow up customers
• Submit cut-stock both online and paper-based processes with BOI & IC
• Adjust stock with BOI & IC for abnormal cases
• Submit formula for new items and revise if any change
• Review max stock quantity annually and discuss with other departments
• Extend BOI privilege annually

Logistics
• Assign forwarders for incoming shipments (Including material release in the system)
• Liaise with related parties to ensure on-time incoming & outgoing shipments
• Solve problems about irregular import-export shipments & domestics delivery
• Monitor and control stock movement & inventory
• Monitor and control logistics KPI and costs
• Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience of import/export and BOI tasks
- Knowledge and experiences in logistics
- Knowledge and experiences in warehouse management
- Conversational high level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can join immediately or short period of notice

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
BOI
• สรุปรายงานการขายและยืนยันยอดสต๊อกกับลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบปริมาณสต็อกสูงสุด, ควบคุมยอดสต็อก, และติดตามลูกค้า
• ส่ง cut-stock ทั้งแบบออนไลน์และแบบกระดาษกับ BOI & IC
• ปรับสต๊อกพร้อม BOI & IC สำหรับกรณีผิดปกติ
• ส่งสูตรสำหรับรายการใหม่และแก้ไขหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• ตรวจสอบปริมาณสต็อกสูงสุดทุกปีและหารือกับแผนกอื่นๆ
• ขยายสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI ทุกปี

โลจิสติกส์
• กำหนด Forwarder สำหรับการจัดส่งขาเข้า (รวมถึงการปล่อยวัสดุในระบบ)
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าขาเข้าและขาออกตรงเวลา
• แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออกที่ผิดปกติและการส่งมอบภายในประเทศ
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการเคลื่อนไหวของสต็อกและสินค้าคงคลัง
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุม KPI และต้นทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, โลจิสติกส์, ซัพพลายเชน, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีด้านงานนำเข้า-ส่งออก และ BOI
- ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์
- ความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการบริหารคลังสินค้า
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง

- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรือแจ้งให้ทราบได้ในระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ
