<Job Responsibilities>
• Observe the market regularly to maintain knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, as well as perform competitor research to stay abreast of what marketing channels the competition is utilizing
• Manage campaign budgets, negotiate costs for elements such as advertising spaces or social media campaigns to ensure the budget allocated to each channel.
• Monitor trends in the digital media landscape and identify new digital opportunities for company and clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and then determining which media channels/tactic fit best for specific campaigns for archiving client’s KPI and objective
• Analyze data to ensure marketing campaigns reach target audience in the most effective way possible
• Research competition and monitor market trends and identify new digital opportunities and key challenges
• Create and manage digital campaign budgets
• Negotiate and purchase digital advertising space
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan in order to deliver fully integrated campaigns
• Create media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase the client's brand recognition, and maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Track digital campaign performance
• Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations
• Monitor ad delivery and recommend campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Support team and all company members by sharing knowledge that can increase skills or job performance on a daily basis
• Take action to support all new members with ongoing training on skills, Primal’s processes and tools
• Actively create training materials where there may be gaps and work with management to increase team upskilling
• Actively share ideas and innovations publicly that could be implemented to increase team efficiency and productivity
• Support and promote company-level goals and objectives
• Maintain confidentiality of company process
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 22-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital media or similar field
- At least 1 year as Digital marketing, Media planning role or Fresh graduate are also considerable
- Strong knowledge in digital media tools and social media.
- Professional of various strategic online media via Google Ads, Facebook, Line Points Ads, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- MS Excel (V look up, Pivot table)
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Self-initiative, innovation, Creative and Positive working attitude.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency
- Good English command
