<Job Responsibilities>
• Structure of quality target, planning and promotion of its operation related
• Delivery quality assurance (Materials verification, monitoring initial, functional and delivery inspection)
• 4M modification Management
• Operation of customer correspondence and complain (Cause and countermeasure)
• Operation related to quality systems including environmental systems
• Total quality management and activity planning for ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949
• Guidance and audit for vendor and supplier
• Environmental hazardous substance control
• Documents control relating with ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949
• Contact third party audit (SGS)
• UL operation support
• Control of monitoring and measuring equipment (External calibration / Internal calibration)
• Other tasks assigned by top management

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 45-52 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric, or related field
- 10 years of Experience as QA in PCB Manufacturing or Automotive Factory
- Knowledge for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/IATF16949
- Conversational High level of English skill (Prefer TOEIC 800 UP)
- Willing to work in Prachinburi

• การประกันคุณภาพการจัดส่ง (การตรวจสอบวัสดุ การตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น การตรวจสอบการทำงานและการส่งมอบ)
• การจัดการการปรับเปลี่ยน 4M
• การดำเนินการโต้ตอบและร้องเรียนกับลูกค้า (สาเหตุและมาตรการแก้ไข)
• การดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคุณภาพรวมถึงระบบสิ่งแวดล้อม
• การจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวมและการวางแผนกิจกรรมสำหรับ ISO9001, ISO14001 และ IATF16949
• คำแนะนำและการตรวจสอบสำหรับผู้ขายและซัพพลายเออร์
• การควบคุมสารอันตรายต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
• การควบคุมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ISO9001, ISO14001 และ IATF16949
• ติดต่อฝ่ายตรวจสอบบุคคลที่สาม (SGS)
• รองรับการทำงานของ UL

• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 45-52 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ไฟฟ้า, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 10 ปีในด้าน QA ในการผลิต PCB หรือโรงงานยานยนต์
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO9001, ISO14001 และ ISO/IATF16949
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ต้องการ TOEIC 800 คะแนนขึ้นไป)
- ยินดีทำงานที่ปราจีนบุรี
