<Job Responsibilities>
• Set appointment with client by online meeting or visiting
• Understand client's need and Propose how to solve the issue by cloud service
• Suggest the plans to solve problems by making presentation to client (in Thai or English)
• Customize & connect to existing system and adjust the schedule to set up
• Providing support, answering questions, giving advice solution to customers about our services and products with IT engineer
• Building relationship by following up on customer complaints or requests or issues
• At the beginning, study with Manager about own product to get certificate of cloud service
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Conversational High level of English (Speak English to explain about the product)
- At least 3 years’ experience as sales or consultant in IT fields (software package/ cloud service /ERP system
- Have skill of consulting skill
- Personality (Proactive, Open-mind, Supportive)
- Person who is open to learn new things all the time

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of business development

Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Nana, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri(Sat:none))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• นัดหมายกับลูกค้าโดยการประชุมออนไลน์หรือเข้าเยี่ยม
• เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าและเสนอวิธีแก้ปัญหาด้วยบริการคลาวด์
• แนะนำแผนการแก้ปัญหาโดยการนำเสนอต่อลูกค้า(เป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษ)
• ปรับแต่งและเชื่อมต่อกับระบบที่มีอยู่และปรับตารางเวลาเพื่อตั้งค่า
• ให้การสนับสนุน ตอบคำถาม ให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทกับวิศวกรไอที
• การสร้างความสัมพันธ์โดยการติดตามข้อร้องเรียนหรือคำขอหรือประเด็นของลูกค้า
• ช่วงเริ่มต้น ศึกษากับผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทเพื่อรับใบรับรองบริการคลาวด์
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (พูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่ออธิบายเกี่ยวกับสินค้า)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือที่ปรึกษาด้านไอทีอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (แพ็คเกจซอฟต์แวร์/ บริการคลาวด์ / ระบบ ERP
- มีทักษะในการให้คำปรึกษา
- บุคลิกภาพ (เชิงรุก, เปิดใจ, สนับสนุน)
- ผู้ที่เปิดใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆตลอดเวลา

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
